When making your purchase, it is important that you provide your email address, making sure everything is spelled correctly, and also specify which presets you are purchasing. The presets and instructions will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your payment clearing. 

YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE FREE ADOBE LIGHTROOM MOBILE APP AND THE FREE DROPBOX APP TO USE THE PRESETS!! The Dropbox app makes importing and exporting images/presets easier and safer. The Lightroom mobile app is where you’ll apply the presets to your photos. It is compatible with iPhone 6 or newer and Android 8.0 or newer. 

We want your experience with us to be as magical as possible! While we unfortunately can not issue refunds because of the inability to return a preset, we’re always happy to assist you with any issue that may come up.
